Limited Warranty

POWEREPUBLIC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the POWEREPUBLIC product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth POWEREPUBLIC's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

 

Warranty Period

The warranty period for POWEREPUBLIC products is varied. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

  • Power Station: 24 months
  • Solar Panel: 12 months
  • Zero Breeze: 12 months

     

    Replacement

    POWEREPUBLIC will replace (at POWEREPUBLIC's expense) any POWEREPUBLIC product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

     

    Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

    The warranty on POWEREPUBLIC's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

     

    Exclusions

    POWEREPUBLIC's warranty does not apply to:

    • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes and such)
    • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not by the official instructions or manuals
    • Non-quality related issues
    • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
    • Used for a special application other than normal consumer use
    • Lost /stolen/free/refunded product
    • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes
    • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase

     

    Valid Proof Of Purchase

    • Please provide a valid purchase voucher, including purchase channel, order number, shipping tracking number, and other information.
    • Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel
    • Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item that was originally shipped)
    • *The defective item’s serial number (usually on the bottom of the product) and/or visible proof (eg: A short video) depicting the defect will be required

    Refund

    POWEREPUBLIC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from POWEREPUBLIC.com. We are confident that you will love your new POWEREPUBLIC product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we will refund the full purchase price.

    To return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
    You have purchased the product directly from POWEREPUBLIC.com. You contact POWEREPUBLIC and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied by a return authorization number.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@powerepublic.com.

     

    Return & Refund Conditions

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

    Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, POWEREPUBLIC reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that POWEREPUBLIC does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
    The product is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
    Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

     

    How to Return an Item

    To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and our warehouse address. POWEREPUBLIC will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

     

    Process for Returning Produce

    1. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the return address: please contact POWEREPUBLIC at info@powerepublic.com for assistance. 
    2. Once you receive the RMA number and our warehouse address, please find the nearest FedEx to drop off the package:
